i have build the extensions and the code works fine. the moderator can now send users in other rooms.

but now i have a new little problem :-)

i will inform all other users in the room (after _server.joinRoom) , that a new user joins the room, but the 'smartfox.onUserEnterRoom ...

_server.joinRoom() is the solution, right?

yes, i read the article. but i dont know where ist the error in my extension.

getAllUsersInZone() and getChannelList() supply the same result, a list with all socketchannels in the zone.

the code in my extensions, with getAllUsersInZone(), for example: it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.data ...

i use the smartfoxserver pro demo version. everything works fine, only the _server.writeFile("txtfile.txt", "some text") command .... no file is written, please help.

yes, the api 2 works fine. with the api 1 i have problems (setUserVariables and setRoomVariables dont work).

strangly, only with the sfs api 2.0 works the 'setUserVariables' and the 'setRoomVariables' methods without any error.

the avatar example works. but when i use the same code in my project, on another server where sfs basic is installed, then all data stored over 'setUserVariables' are 'undefined'.

when i use the 'setRoomVariables' method to store the data then the 'onRoomVariablesUpdate' event dont fired ...

to find the error i used the code from the avatar example. don't work ... the variables are 'undefined'. in the example the code works fine.

i changed the smartfoxserver config file, is that a possible reason?
