Hiring SF Dev for Chat Room App

I would like to have a special chat room created that
allows people to post comments as well as do polls/votes.

It is very well spec'd (and very simple actually) so it's
something a person who knows what they are doing can
have fun with, knock it out in a few days maybe, and
be well paid.

I have an artist on my team supplying all the art.
We already have a SmartFoxPro server installed and running.

I just need a SmartFox developer to make the chat room
come alive, and build both the attendee and moderator
flash movies.
