Problem with the sfw files The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a

When i try to open the sfw files i get this error

The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

I had searched the whole internet for solutions but none of them worked.

I am sorry I don't understand which files you're referring to.

Can you please give me the details? What version of SmartFoxServer have you installed and which SWF file exactly is showing this error?
Also which OS are you using?
