On our end, we have been experiencing the same issues since 12:00 PM CET.

until Lapo will check this post we are helpless. best option is for all of us to send emails to support and hopefully someone will catch it

I have received a reply from support, I guess they are overwhelmed with e-mails if you guys didn't. They are aware of the problem and working on it.

We are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Hello.
We are still investigating the issue, which seems to be caused by a change in Amazon Web Services, where the License Server database is located.

We have now activated a temporary fix. Delete files license.2x and license.k under the /config folder and restart your SmartFoxServer instances.
They should be able to get a 100.000 CCU license. No add-on (Analytics) will be available and the License Server web interface is still unavailable.
In case you still can’t start SmartFoxServer, get back to us.

After fixing the issue definitely, in the next days we will send a full report on what happened and how we will prevent it from happening again.
We are very sorry for what happened.
