This is the first time this has happened in at least 6 years, I hope this gets fixed soon because my players are going crazy.

its weekend and seems no communication to gotoandplay
we are planning to open 100 servers with Community License and load balance the players

Hello, I can't log in to my license server dashboard, and my products are not allowing more than 100 ccu. I have a 2000 CCU license. Could you help me out with this? it's creating more problems with the client? kindly update me on a resolution time of at least

I have received a reply from support, I guess they are overwhelmed with e-mails if you guys didn't. They are aware of the problem and working on it.

Hello.
We are still investigating the issue, which seems to be caused by a change in Amazon Web Services, where the License Server database is located.
We have now activated a temporary fix. Delete files license.2x and license.k under the /config folder and restart your SmartFoxServer instances.
They should be able to get a 100.000 CCU license. No add-on (Analytics) will be available and the License Server web interface is still unavailable.
In case you still can’t start SmartFoxServer, get back to us.
After fixing the issue definitely, in the next days we will send a full report on what happened and how we will prevent it from happening again.
We are very sorry for what happened.

Hi, can you help us with the fix? Did you delete the files and restarted the server (EC2/ECS/EKS)?
