Wanted: Two Programmers and a Graphic Designer!

Freakz Gaming is looking for a team to develop its next project. We are looking for 3 experts; the first must be in Flash/Actionscript with experience building multi-player games, PHP and MSQL knowledge very helpful. The second expert must know Smartfoxserver with extensive knowledge in client/server communications and server protocols. The third expert must be a talented graphic designer; we have some of the site done with generic graphics now but that all must be overhauled plus all the new graphics.
This will be the first game developed for this IP so we must build an infrastructure to be scalable for both more games and many users. We are starting out with a simple game to make it easy to test and to market. The site will be monetized once it goes live so the goal is to become live as soon as possible, we are calculating with a team of superstars it should be two weeks. We do have a team of testers so the team can focus on the site and not on testing.
Compensation will be divided equally between the team upon completion. We are also willing to give ownership in the site/company if interested. We have found in the past that it has been well worth it for both us and the team to have a stake in what they are developing, our last project all 8 developers are still working and expanding that site.
