We started publishing a series of tutorials and ActionScript3 examples which will help you learn how to create games and applications using the SmartFoxServer 2X API.
The first two examples we published concentrate on specific features: the Avatar Chat shows the usage of User Variables, while the Buddy Messenger shows how to build an instant messenger leveraging the Buddy List API of SFS.
The third example instead... ...is our well known BattleFarm game, now ported to AS3 + SFS2X. Full source code is available, to learn how to create a fast paced realtime action game!
More tutorials are on their way, one of which will be absolutely stunning!

We just published a new tutorial in the AS3 series: this new example is a full realtime multiplayer racing game featuring top-down view, scrolling circuit, power-ups and more. It utilizes all the main characteristic of SmartFoxServer 2X to demonstrate how to build a fast-paced realtime multiplayer game, but it is mainly focused at showcasing the UDP protocol usage.
