Hy, in my application, some user can open an internal ui window while
his avatar standing in the map.

the problem is that the server disconect after the 'MaxUserIdleTime'.

my question is- is there any way to put the avatar on 'sleep' in the eyes of smartfox?

Simply send a request to the server-side extension each n seconds to keep the connection open.
