Can't monitor user state in adminTool

When I want to monitor a user, AdminTool show a error message : The user being monitored is no more available on the server, please select another one...
why is this so? How can I confirm this people is still online?

here's another issue...one room have two same user, and also cannot be monitored....

Probably a ghost user... please specify client and server version in use

yes~~~it's RC3, have you ever met the same?

Have you tried to do this : when a user join in zone, create a room in extension, and let the user join in, when two users concurrent create a same room, sometime it will create a ghost room, same roomID, and different extension instance...

Yes it's RC3 version, I have confirmed...

Hum... Are those concurrent users creating the room at the same time?

And can you provide the code you're using for creating those rooms? Please make sure you're using the SFSApi class to create them.

I'm sorry for these days, too busy, forgot to come to reply...:oops:
ghost room is my fault, I use Zone.createRoom but not SFSApi to create them...but two same user problem is still... :cry:

How are you joining the users? Remember that you also have to use the SFSApi to join them.

yes,I use this method:
getApi().joinRoom(sender, room, "", isSpector, null, true, true);
but ghost user appear not much, I will keep eye on this problem~~
