Is Openspace viable for a tile based turn based game?

Hi all,

We are looking to create something like Heroes of Might and Magic combat in our game, and we are wondering if Openspace client supports this kind of tile-based turn-based combat at all?
Or would some other libraries and engines be better suited for this?
We are thinking of using smartfox 2 as our backend.
