SFS API Problem

Hey,
I'm receiving the error:
I have the SFS API library in the same directory referenced in the FLA library path (./libs/SFS2X_API_AS3.swc)
I'm using the AvatarChat example to work from and cannot see any difference, but at run time it I get the above error
If anyone can help!
