Hi,
I use latest smart pro server on win xp home sp2,
when my serwer starting i got error:

DB Manager Activated ( org.gjt.mm.mysql
Can't load db driver: org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver
10:49:15.921 - [ SEVERE ] > DbManager could not
QLException: No suitable driver found for jdbc:
it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.exceptions.DbMana
ent failed! Please check your configuration.

what can be wrong? maybe java?

It seems you didn't install the MySQL JDBC driver.
Please follow the instructions provided in our documentation (and tutorials)

The driver can be downloaded from here -> http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/5.0.html

if you are in windows, you can use odbc drivers
