Hello,

We receive many messages CONNECTION_LOST on client side. Connection between clinet and server is not very good (8% packet loss), but ping from clinet to server is ok at the moment. The question is: what condiion cause CONNECTION_LOST message.

Also, after receiving such message we try to reconnect and reconnection takes too much time(about 1 min), at the same time ping to the server is ok. Seems that network connection isn't so poor to cause such problems.

8% packet loss is a reasonable value, not to worry about until it stays around ~10%

As regards the disconnections it can depend on many factors, typically network problems.
First of all you should check with precision the amount of disconnections. Is it like 10% of the people or 50% or what?
Second, take a look at the network status, your ISP should provide a bandwidth monitor where you can check the traffic and resource consumption.

What clients type are you using? Web-based? Mobile?
