Connect & Login - Example App

Hi,
Brand new here. I am trying to evaluate the SFS and Openspace engine set to see if its a good fit for one of our projects. I am not the development guy, but I figured if I could take a look at this, piddle around a bit, then it should be a breeze for my developers.
What I found is that when I follow the directions here: http://www.openspace-engine.com/support ... allation2x
I cannot seem to get the "Go" button next to the "Connect & Login" text field to highlight. (see attachment)
I tried various combinations of username@server.fqdn and username:pass@server.fqdn and just server.fqdn - nothing seems to make the go button active.
I am sure it is something simple, and maybe I missed something in the setup - I did go through it twice to no avail.
The server side was extremely simple to setup, by the way.
My config is: Server is Ubuntu 12.04LTS running SFS2X and OS extension
Client side: Win7/64 Flash Builder 4.6 Pro (I tried in CD6, but it was a flop for me)
The one thing I had to do different was set the theme to halo - otherwise the build process would fail.
Ideas?
Thanks!
