Hi dream,
could you tell me the date of your email?
We don't have any emails coming from you in both our in-box and spam-box

Which address did you use?
Are you sure the email didn't bump back to you?

We're sending the replacement license in a moment

Thanks

I am not too sure. My partner sent the email on Saturday or Sunday. I think he used one of these two: remus or remus.ciobanu {at} gamesheep.com.

Maybe the email did not reach because of us moving our server.. we still have trouble with it, as you can see the http it is down now..

Thank you for your quick response.

thank you lapo, we received the new key
Now we installed sfs 1.5.5 on our new server
and executing start.sh gives us the following error

Exception in thread "SmartFoxServer" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/Address
at it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.lib.ConfigReader.parse_Mailer(ConfigReader.java:594)
at it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.lib.ConfigReader.parse_ServerSetup(ConfigReader.java:436)
at it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.lib.ConfigReader.readServerConfig(ConfigReader.java:245)
at it.gotoandplay.smartfoxserver.SmartFoxServer.run(SmartFoxServer.java:573)

any idea why?

Is it SFS BASIC? If so, you have probably downloaded the 1.5.5 a few months ago... In the first release of Basic 1.5.5 we found a small error in the config.xml file which caused the problem.

In order to fix it just open the config.xml, and remove the <Mailer> ... </Mailer> block.
