I didn't find the answer to my question wich is the following :
What is the max number of rooms we can create in a smartfox instance ?
I want to use rooms as channel for chat, for game, for any other stuffs in same time
The amount of rooms will be huge
For example any (registered) user can create a channel for chat
The maximum number of chat channel that a user can create is of 5
Lets suppose we have 100 CCU
Is 500 rooms can be supported by a Sfs instance ?

There's no specific limit. A Room object uses very little RAM.
On a 8GB dedicated server you can create more than 2 million Rooms, that should be sufficient, I hope

Sure, the license's only limit is the number of CCU. The number of Rooms is limited only by the hardware of your server, mainly by the RAM:
