NEW: API v1.3.0 is out with MMOApi

After a week since the release of 2.8.0 we are releasing the new Java/Android API 1.3.0 supporting all the new MMO features packed in the latest server release.
We also fixed an issue that was recently reported with sporadic BlueBox errors.
