Lately I've been receiving connections of robots in my server, I would like to know how do to be allowed connection if comes only from my site.

The problem is that the server is waiting for connections from anyone unless you setup a firewall that blocks specific addresses.
You could try to add a "verification token" in the login request, to validate the client. Some sort of string or number that can be identified by your login code and rejected if not recognized.
Keep in mind that this sort of system is not perfect. A hacker could decompile your client application, see how the token works and defeat it.
Unfortunately at the connection-level only a firewall will work.
