a registration system is something quite complex that requires building a user interface on the client side and configuring your own database to use in conjunction with SmartFoxServer.

We can't guide through all that work. This is only a support forum. If you already know the basics of SmartFoxServer and you know how to work with a database it will not be particularly difficult, otherwise you will need to learn those fundamentals before getting started.
