Hi Guys,
Should I run red5.sh with nohup? Or is it persistent like the Smartfox server?
Cheers,

Hi Lapo,
Any plans on integrating the red5.sh with the sfs sh script?
I would like to add it to init.d, or make sure that red5 starts together with sfs for a server restart.
Cheers,
G

Nope, the two services should be started separately.
If you research a little on the internet you'll probably find a better script that can be added to the init.d
An alternative would be to use the free
Tanuki JVM wrapper that we also use for running SmartFoxServer as service.
