changing the admin password for the admin console

how can i change the password to the admin tool?
In the config.xml file in the server folder - find the entry
<!-- Adminisitrator login -->
<AdminLogin>sfs_admin</AdminLogin>
<AdminPassword>sfs_pass</AdminPassword>
Change as required.
