Workaround for BuddyList 2.0 issue

Hello,
we've isolated a bug that might cause misbehaviors with the Buddy List system. If you're having errors about database tables not found during the buddy list loading/saving, do check this post -> http://forums.smartfoxserver.com/viewtopic.php?t=2880
We suggest a simple workaround
