Prototype development - isometric multi-user chat room.

Hi, I'm looking for interested parties to take up the development of a prototype project with the below features:
Basically the requirement is to develop a prototype of Flash Multiuser chat room that's in isometric graphic display with features below:
Server
- smartfoxserver (what else
)
Interface
- Flash, Actionscript 3.0
Environment/Features
- isometric graphic, but don't need to be pixelated (similar to Habbo Hotel)
- concurrent multiuser interaction
- floating and disappearing chat box
- no login/user management feature needed
- desired but not necessary: streaming map instead of fixed virtual room boundry
Avatar
- very simple customizable avatar
Will need to showcase only two virtual place:
- common room/chill out place
- virtual office with product sales gallery
