IP change for license

Hello team,
I have a license for Smart Fox Pro, the license file is for a fixed IP, and i didnt used it for years after the project was closed in 2017 and I want to activate the license again and I can't because the IP of the new server is different from the previous IP, how can I contact you to change the IP?
Of course I have a receipt for proof of purchase.
And another thing I want to add my license to the license server but I don’t know how to do it so if you can help me, I will appreciate it.
