Getting disconnected many times

Hi all
I am working in a virtual world using SFS. I was working on development very well, but when I move up everything to live server and since there were a lot of users online, users got disconnected many times.
Now, I do not what the causes are. Does anybody know some answers or alternatives I should follow?
