Geolocation not working

Since 10 september 2025 I cant get geolocation information in SmartFoxServer 2.19.0 Why?
In user managmend I get message: "An error occred wile trying to get geo-locate user"

Hello.
I believe you are referring to the AdminTool's Zone Monitor module.
Unfortunately geoplugin.com has interrupted the free version of their service. In the next patch we will remove that section of the Zone Monitor and substitute it with a label showing the user country retrieved from the internal geolocation database (see Server Configurator module).
