Yes it is supposed to work but there's a JS error. Something must have changed on the provider's end. We'll investigate and report back.

Quick update: as predicted the service provider had changed a couple of rules on their end as regards the newsletter signup.
The issue should be fixed now. If you want you can try again and let us know.
