Seeking Flash/Flex/Smartfox/Redbox Developer

Hi Folks,
Hidden City Games is looking for a developer for RedBox/SmartFox to build a prototype for a video chat based game which, if funded, could lead to a ground floor full time position. Flex/Flash experience is necessary as well for developing the UI as well.
We are starting small. This project is to design a prototype over the course of three months. However, we hope to grow this project into a substantial game engine and website.
