I am having trouble triggering this event. I have the listener and the corresponding function for this event but I can't figure out how to trigger it. I have multiple users in the room but nothing ever happens. Also, does this have to do with the order of events such as connect, login, and join room?

This event is fired to your client when a new client joins the same room you are in. If you check any of the provided examples you can see how it works in details
