Hi,

I tried to look around, see the examples from the showcase, and read the forum, but couldn't find a good example.
Do you think that OS is appropriate for crating an MMORPG game? (or rather hack'n'slash with some RPG elements). Should I expect any problems with some dynamic actions, like PvP fights, spells and so on?
Do you have any experience in that area?

I've also read that currently there is no way to modify map in runtime (like changing funrniture in player's apartment). But can player (or NPCs) leave something on map (an item, dead body, etc.).

Thanks in advance for your answers. :)

We don't think OpenSpace is really suitable for the kind of game you want to build. Maybe you can spend some time on the trial version trying to figure out how to build the core mechanics, for example fighting.
Runtime map changes will be available in the next release, but it may not fit your needs, as users will be requested to reload the map once the changes are committed.
Items dropping/collecting is not available and won't be available in the immediate future.

When is the next release going to be available and will it be an available upgrade for customers who have previous versions of OpenSpace?

A release date is not yet available. Unfortunately we are late on our initial plans.
Yes, the new version will be distributed for free to existing customers.
