Trying to use the v2 Openspace component in a v1 example

I'm trying to use the latest v.2 Openspace component in a v1 example. This is my code:
os.addEventListener(MapInteractionEvent.TILE_ROLL_OVER, onTileRollover)
Obviously, I'm just trying to use the TILE_ROLL_OVER event but nothing is happening. Basically, I copied the latest Openspace component and pasted it into the library of a v1 Openspace example. But still no event response. What am I doing wrong? Help, please.
Thanks!

That won't work. In OS2, the whole mechanism of loading maps and interacting with them is totally different...
v2 Examples?

Thanks for the reply, that makes sense. Do you know if there are any other Openspace v2 examples? Also, I can't seem to get the osExampleFlash.fla to display anything. After I compile, which is fine, nothing displays inside the Openspace component even though it says it's 'connected.'
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

The osExampleFlash.fla works out of the box. After connection you should see the rooms list: by selecting one, the related map is loaded. Did you configure the Zone properly (as described in the txt file in the OS2 download package)? Or are you still using the OS1 example Zone?

Thanks for the reply. I just noticed I am using the OS1 example in the zone_config.txt file. However, when I downloaded the _OpenSpace_v2_beta5 files, there is no other txt file in the OS2 download package that describes how to configure the Zone properly. Ideas?
Thanks!

Actually the "server" folder in the download package contains the zone_config.txt file...
