Connecton Problems

Hi, I have a problem with SFS Lite, when I have hosted the SWF on a website, it just stays stuck on connecting..., here is the list of things I have done.
Ran the server locally with the ip of my PC: 192.168.1.99
Opened a port on my router: 9339
Made a cross-policy with: *.tripod.com
And I have read basically every thread here and the go to and play forums about connection problems, and i tried everytinh it said in them and it wont connect, why?, is there something i am doing wrong/missing.
