Undefined User Variables - URGENT

I really need this question answered please help me. Just give me any ideas ill try it! I am having trouble with my user variables. I just recently added accounts to my game and am wondering why the variables went undefined. This caused there to be two players in the room and some really weird glitches. There is probably a really easy solution to this, does anyone know what this might be?

Take an example that uses UserVariables such as the AvatarChat and learn how the code works. Then apply what you have learned in your application.

Yeah we tried that it and it hasnt worked... Its really acting weird and stuff but I will look around in the game and see whats going on. Does anyone else have an idea why its undefined? And also, the only reason i know they are undefined is because the "trace" is saying they are undefined!
