Hello all,

Should I be concerned with any performance issues with getAllUsersInZone on a server with over 6000 users in the zone?

What number of users WILL cause a performance impact?

I've implemented a global message function in my extension - it works great in development where I have just a few users. I'm concerned that pushing this live will cause some mayhem.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Very difficult to say. Performance is based on so many different things... hardware, resources, quality of code...

The only way is trying. Check your code in production, monitor it for a while and see if it causes any problem. Probably it won't.
