Setting up SFS on Linux VPS

Hey everyone.

I already know this is a very common problem (I think).

I just got my VPS today and tried getting SFS Pro on it.

root:~/Server# ./sfs console
Running SmartFoxServer PRO...
wrapper | --> Wrapper Started as Console
wrapper | Launching a JVM...
wrapper | Unable to start a JVM
jvm 1 | wrapper | Unable to start JVM: No such file or directory (2)
wrapper | <-- Wrapper Stopped

I have tried:

ln -s ../jre/bin/java

As some of the forum posts have said, and it hasn't worked.

The server is 32 bit, so I am using the right install. I did do ./install too, and the only error I got was permissions error. I did set alot of things to 777, and tried stuff, but nothing seemed to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Insufficient permissions may had led to an incomplete installation of SFS. Maybe your account doesn't have the appropriate 'installation' permissions, so maybe try contacting your VPS provider about this issue.
