I make a game right and at the login screen t will say a link below saying "register" only users who are registed may enter the game.

May be you mean you that you want user menagement in the next realease of SmartFoxServer?
How it will look like of the client side(i mean visualy) is somethink that depend on you and have too little to deal with smartfoxserver.
