Cannot create room with id no. 2

I have just discovered that there gets no room with id no. 2 created:

I start the server out of the box. Server has 2 default zones: GameLobby and SimpleChat.
In GameLobby there is the default room The Lobby with id 0. In SimpleChat there is the default room The Lobby with id 1. There are NO other zones and NO other rooms.
Now when I create a room from backend the id of the new room is id 3. When I create another room it has id 4, id 5 and so on.

Room id no.2 gets skipped. Why?

Hi. Can't check right now but aybe that's because the room with id 2 is the admin room (the admin to which you're joined in when you enter the adminTool)?

Is this confirmed that admin room has id 2?
Where is this admin room as it does not get displayed anywhere.

On startup I saw that room with Id 2 gets created. It is the admin room.
