unable to contact licenseserver

hi, I have changed the SmartFox (sfs2x) instance server previously it assigned in 207.38.xx.yy this host and i changing to host 198.177.xx.yy in the SmartFox license admin also its showing new host. but when i try to update license from SmartFox instance it showing unable to connect license server error.
