Hello, I want to ask a workaround for frequent disconnection.
The error message is "Connection to SmartFoxServer lost; reason is : unknown"
The disconnection happens between 30~90 seconds playtime.
It is indeed annoying even for our testers.
We've already implemented a heartbeat system that sends empty msg to server each 5s.
We've also adjust the idle time on the Server Config.
None lead us to solve the unknown disconnected issue.
If there's any others workaround, we'd like to try it out. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
an "unknown reason" is due to network errors triggered outside of SmartFoxServer.
If you test locally you should never see this error.
The fact that you see this regularly suggest that there's a larger problem, which could be: network issues from the client side, the server or both.
There are some macro-level aspects that you can verify:
- Is the server running in a hosting service and with enough resources/bandwidth?
- Are the players/testers very far from the server location (i.e. 1000s of Km)?
- Are clients mobile or desktop?
Also, more generally speaking, what is the incidence of this issue?
