Record Microphone Input to FLV

Hey, I have one question.

I need to record user microphone input to a flv and save it on the serverside. Is that possible with redbox??

If not - do you know any other tool i can use for that?

Yes, it is possible. You can use the flv recording features of the AVClipManager class. Check the class API documentation.

Not as a default feature. You will have to make your own modifications to the RedBox extension.

ok thanks. but how do i modify the redbox extension? is this in java? i have no experience with java/c++ etc... only actionscript/php

Yes, the RedBox extension is Java.
