More advanced User Filter Expression Builder for Admin Panel

I would like to request an enhancement to the User Filter Expression Builder in the admin panel. Currently, the filtering options are somewhat limited, and it would be highly beneficial to introduce more advanced filtering capabilities.

Specifically, it would be helpful to add the ability to filter users based on more detailed criteria, such as:

IP Address: For identifying and managing users by their connection source.
Client Information: To filter based on client like html5, flash, etc.
Geo Location: Being able to filter users by country.
