License server is down!

The license server is down for me and I have dropped back to 100 CCU! Please help.

Logs say Error code 401

I cannot log in at https://lms.smartfoxserver.com/

Once I do, it says "This page isn’t working right now"

We have been having the same issue here for 1 hour and 16 minutes.

Adding to this, our license has reverted back to 100 CCU and our game is now effectively offline.

Attempting to log in to the license dashboard gives 405 Method not allowed.

There was no grace period. Validation was successful around 20:30 UTC

At 23:30 UTC it failed, immediately reverted back to Community ed

We're having the same problem. Our license got reverted to the free one and our CCUs are limited to 100.

Can't login into the license site neither.

Honestly who thought it's a good idea to make the entire structure of licensing single point of failure for all of SFS users ?!

also on our side it is the same. All licenses are reverted to the community edition with ccu max = 100.

What is the status about a solution for this?

This has a huge impact on us.
