OLD Avatar loading

Hi All,

Just to test whether I can load my custom avatar or not .I did by just changing the images in the avatar file for stand and walk.I normally loaded the file but shocked to see the old avatar itself.Is there any code change required or any cache to be deleted.????????.....Help me...

Hey Chkalyan,

Just a few tips and pointers:

- Did you change the bmp images in the library directly? If so, they are still in the avatar's stand MovieClip.

- Did you export the newly updated swf? I tend to forget that one from time to time.. =P

- Have you tried restarting SFS/ OS? Sometimes this helps.

You might try clearing your browser cache.

Hi Bax I am not geeting any clear views can u pls help me.

Wht I did is just changed the color of the avatar just to see whether i can gop for my avatar or not.And compiled a swf and just over write the existing one but wht happens is ???/it is loading the old avatar only.

Tried removing the Browser cache.

Send it to info -AT- smartfoxserver -DOT- com
Also send the .as class file for your avatar (unless you are using the one provided in the OpenSpace examples).

I don't know what is happening in your computer, but the fla you sent works as expected: when the avatar is standing still (not walking around), it is all black.
