What server version are you using?
If it's 1.6.5 you can drop us an email and we can send an early preview of the next update which resolves this issue.

ok, the problem was also reported by at least 2 other users.
We have a fix ready that we can send you if you need it urgently.

Simply send us an email (from the menu Support > Contact us)
