"Can't connect to 127.0.0.1:9339" log message at c

Background: I use no-ip.biz for Dynamic DNS for on-line test based on
sample "OpenSpace_tester".

Question: The client side's log message shows "Can't connect to 127.0.0.1:9339", please help.

There is no SmartFoxServer running at masterkenken.no-ip.biz, port 9339

Possible causes:
1- A firewall blocks port 9339
2- The server is not running

Thank you so much for the quick reply.

I think 1) is possible casuse, i.e. server side's firewall. I will apply for a TCP IP address for the sever and will update my progress.

By the way, any one use no-ip.com for the mapping of a dynamic IP address? because I failed to do so...
