Right now there's no wordwrap or multiline. All config settings are on one line. Thereby you can't search for a property.
Not very user-friendly & readable.
The AdminTool should show the config correctly.
Anyways the AdminTool view is only recommended for quick code changes of the last minute.
For any "serious" editing you should use a good code editor such as TextMate on the Mac or NotePad++ on Windows (which is free)
That's not being a smart ass I perfectly understand... what I don't understand is why this is happening. The current version of the Admin Tool does not have problems reading files with different line endings (Mac, Unix and Windows)
What Server version do you use? What version is the Admin Tool?
To be sure everything is saved on one line,
I entered newlines myself directly in the textarea but they were removed after the save.
Copy/paste from an editor gives me the same result.
