Many Dropped-in Msg

Hi Lapo!
It was too many dropped outgoing messages, so I've been changed config settings.
Now I have pretty good amount of dropped outgoing messages (about 60 per 12 hours), but now I have too many dropped incoming messages (about 6000 per 12 hours)!!!

Here is my settings:

Dropped incoming messages and dropped outgoing messages are unrelated, they don't affect each other.

Incoming messages are usually dropped if they exceed the <MaxMsgLen> in the config.xml, By default it's set to 4096bytes (4Kb) but you can increase it
