Message on head of Avatar in Openspace

I have a problem.
When I use sendPublicMessage function,Normal message are displayed on head of Avatar in Openspace.

Ex.
smartfox.sendPublicMessage("Text");

But when I send message that non-English characters (Such as Thai characters),
Empty message are displayed on head of Avatar in Openspace.

How I solve this problem?

You will need to edit the avatar fla and embed proper fonts in the textfield used to display messages.

I change font in avatar fla from Verdana to AngsanaUPC that displayable my characters.

But Openspace is still same problem.

What's wrong or What I not yet edit?

You have to embed the characters. In the textfield properties panel click on the embed button. We suggest you to read the Adobe documentation for more informations.
