Hi,
I'd like to replace the existing Room with my own Room which will be created when ever sfs's Room created.
How it can be done?
I'd like to add some more events that should be fired by a Room.

I don't understand your questions.
Instead of replacing the Rooms why don't you simply configure them as you want? The "static" rooms, those that are created as soon as the server starts, are all defined in the config.xml
