What are the chances for developing an environment for C#/.Net Extensions - exactly like java, but for the .Net world ?

Nopes. SmartFox runs via the Java Runtime, not .Net, sorry.
Even if there was a method to run C#Â code in the JVM you would anyways miss the .NET framework.
When this question is asked I usually bring up the fact that Java and C# are very similar, and on the plus side Java is in general a simpler language (although more rigid than C#). Any C#Â developer can start writing Java code within minutes after having consulted a quick comparison between the two, such as this --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison ... nd_C_Sharp
